Just got this email. This domain is already registered, so someone is trying to scam people to pay for a domain they won't get, as well as wording it confusingly like a UDRP. (I'm the owner of admirers.net and admirers.org)

In addition to remedies provided for by the URDP, section 4a (1)(2)(3) & b (1)(2)(3)(4) existing registrants, trademark and service mark owners are provided by DUC with a first right to use preference on domain names that are identical with new ccTLD, TLD extensions, or domain names that are confusingly similar to their own.
As a courtesy to domain name holders, we are sending you this notification of the domain name that is available for registration. You must register your domain name to retain exclusive rights to it on the web and now is the time to register your domain name with the DUC.
