Sorry to hear about that DN. Did the person have any previous feedback on ebay? Also, you should report to both ebay and paypal!

sold at ebay, paid by paypal, made pp complain- but its gets deleted all the time for some reason?

seller had previous fb, and also the other who bough domains from him left satisfied, because you still can renew the domains as it in 30 day redemption period

my- not happy and feeling cheated as my intentions was not to renew all crap but park , see whatever gets typins and drop whatever i dont want, but as hi pushed me expired names- i can not change dns or anything

My understanding was that you could get a refund if complained early enough. Paypal is a subsidiary of Ebay, so if they find you right, than you should probably get your money back.

i have made pp complain three times and each time i come back to pp i cant find my complain anymore - i probably need to call them to find out- but have no time for this- plus pp normally do not refund for "untraceable goods", especially if they are in My account now - all expired but there

You need to wait 10 days to start a complaint.

Start the complaint at Ebay and follow the link to paypal so it can link back to the eBay listing #

-- How to list ignore some one on eBay so I can add this guy to my ignore list?

Thanks

Why not renew and develop. Seems as if they're yours now. Or am I missing something?

Should it not be normal practice to check renewal/expiration dates before you make a purchase?

I had an ebay deal go bad. I forget the details, but I think ebay and PP both charged $25. to do a refund. Lotta good that was, far as I was concerned. Got REAL cautious dealing there after that.

#@@#$@!!!

I didnt see this thread on here before I bought from this guy on ebay this morning. Turns out I won 3 domains from him and he claims that:

"Hi,

there is a problem here,
to move the domains i had to delete them and buy from internet.BS
while i was doing that 2 domains got snatched when trying to move them from my registrar to Internet.BS
i will refund your payment ofcourse.
now the third one that is left, ntguides.com,
i'm afraid to risc this one as well,
so we have a few options,
i can try move this one also, there is a risc of it getting snached as well,
or i can put your DNS and registrant info on it without moving it to a different registrar right now,
and then transfer it in 60 days with no risc.

tell me what you think.

thanks.
"

I declined on the 60 wait proposal and demanded a refund of my paypal fees.. Luckily for me he refunded it within a few minutes.... but to tell someone the names "got snatched" when he deleted them!?

A. Why would you DELETE them instead of pushing them to a new account?
B. Who would agree to wait 60 days while you promise you will turn over the admin details then...not me.

All in all I think the registrar hes using sums this up..... INTERNET.BS This is the most Internet BS I've seen. Looks like the other poor guy on here who dealt with this ebay guy got zapped for a ton of bad retailiation feedback.

The dnforum member bought the names, the guy form Israel didnt deliver so he gave him bad feedback, then this bad seller zaps our guy with tons of bad feedback in retaliation.

I could leave bad ebay feedback but I fear my account would be damaged..So Im just posting here and echoing the other dnforum'ers who have dealt with this guy.

Bad news...stay away...lots of Internet.BS :)
