A few hours I registered a drop Webname Solution sent me an email stating that they were willing to sell (rip off) me that name for $199.95 per year.

The domain has never left my account.

They tried this a few years ago, too, and after I emailed them demanding that they astop trying to sell a domain that I own they never took down the for sale page (it was well over a year before it was down).

I don't want them advertising my name for sale since it is not for sale nor would I want anyone to think that I am affiliated with these scammers.

Thoughs on what I can do? I don't want to pay an attorney to write them a letter (why should I incur a huge expence because they're doing something illegal?) but I'm thinking of contacting the police over this since they are clearly selling something that they do not own nor do they have the right to sell.
