Scammers?

I'm recently getting offers from dnf members who are a member for no longer than a week. They all give each other trader rating. I think all these accounts are from 1 scammer. Be ware.

Dompro is a scammer for sure.

I also received too many pm spam these days from guys with only 1-5 posts on the forum.

I've reported this thread (nothing against ARMG - not reported in a bad way) along with some information on these six members. We'll see where it goes - maybe Johnn will look into it further before any decisions are made.

Edit: This is also a good "heads up" to people to not just look at iTrader scores but to also look AT the scores (who left them, deal threads, etc.).

Could you explain a bit what steps you were taking to follow up these system alerts... What time frame before members would be notified?

you said you were aware of the accounts, but how does that help members who until this thread were not aware?

Not trying to bash anyone just trying to understand why the delay?

Good question! When I was alerted this weekend by the iTrader activity of these users in question their accounts were quarantined in the system, that doesn't mean they weren't active though. We begin tracing IP's and doing other background investigation on each users registration info.

We treat every account separately so no "real" account gets accidently removed. All the while watching for posts and other activity from these users. As far as alerting members, this happens every day and we aren't going to post publicly regarding this type of activity that we do behind the scenes to make this a safe place

But the guy I've reported 1 month ago (to you, to Johnn, to Adam) is still here and now have 7 iTraders.

My question is: why wait he will scam someone here?? Just google him (I provide you other usernames he use on another forums) and you find very interesting informations about...HE'S A SCAMMER.

I've been getting offers, pm's saying they're interested, etc...

From now on I put that buyer must have a postitive itrader History and I can deny a buyer if I want to.....( ie: they are a gold member with 3 recent itraders, and live in Bellarus, lol)
