The "smoking gun" evidence was a memo held by General Ramey that they were able to explode and interpret from an old photograph. Taken at Fort Worth.

The memo mentions victims of a wreck, and a shipment of a "disk" found. The suggestion is that the weather balloon story is a coverup.
