Ordinarily I wouldn't suggest a forum owner offer custom search alerts as most forums are too resource intensive for their host. But dnforum seems to be hosted on a grid of supercomputers, so I think it can handle it.
Instead of subscribed "threads" in our profiles -- we could have subscribed searches with email alerts.
I'd like to see RSS feeds for each of the forums too.
