I know there's a way out there, but I can't for the life of me find the website(s) where you can search the Who Is database by the owner's name.

Would someone mind helping me out before I go crazy? :emba:

It's possible but not fool proof.

You can PM me the registrant name and I will see what I can do if you like.

Network Solutions Cira 1999 to 2000 - you were able to type in someone's email address just like a domain name and it would list all domains owned under that email. NSI removed the option sometime later. Recently, someone on this forum claimed they knew away to navigate NSIRegistry.com and make use of the that feature, I just don't remmeber who.

if you were to download the entire zone files from the registries, could you then not import it into a databse and do a search by email address or by name???

I agree, just replying that in theory, it should be possible.
