Hello guys,
Need advice concerning my purchase of Drogas.com from user candycandy via Sedo auction.
7 weeks ago I purchase the domain name drogas.com via Sedo auction. Upon winning the bid I immediately sent payment via wire transfer to Sedo. To make a long story short⦠the seller refuses to push the domain to my account and Sedo has not returned my 10K. Sedo claims that they have been trying to contact the seller for the last 7 weeks but have been unable to contact him. Sedo currently has the name still listed for sale at http://sedo.com/search/searchresult...erid=&search_type=advanced&keyword=drogas.com Sedoâs policy states that all domain names for sale must not be â encumbered by the rights of any third partiesâ. I donât understand why Sedo would still have this domain name listed when they are clearly aware of the violation of my contract. In fact, this Sedo user still has over 1000 domain names for sale at sedo and had a few listing here on the forums at http://www.dnforum.com/f393/drogas-com-thread-294996.html

I will be seeking legal relief for my financial damages plus legal cost. I also will be asking for âspecific performanceâ of the sales agreement. http://mediadrip.com/contract.jpg
I would love the here from my fellow Domainers that have been down this road before for any tips and suggestions.
Thanks
Eric
