I purchased a domain at Sedo 2 weeks ago. At 02/09 the seller of the domain pushed the domain into Sedo's account. I was asked by email to initiate a transfer request. Since then I've been trying to transfer it to my account with no results. I have emailed Joe Palombro (my transfer agent) 3 times but have received no reply! I also contacted Sedo Support and, guess what, they told me that my message has been forwarded to my transfer agent!! I really need this domain name transferred as soon as possible. Is there anything else I can do?
