I was just wondering about something...

When sedo asks for the 'price option' some of the alternatives (taking extremes)
are:
'at most 90% off'

and

'at most 10% off'

Now, lets assume a price of 1000

is 90% off= offers of 900 and above are ok, or offers above 100 are ok?
90% off what?
the offer price? in which direction?

I just cant figure it out.
Depending on how one interprets it, it could be different. Surely, I am not the only one with this Q?

It would be nice If 'Spock' wasnt in charge of it, and a human was...

At most 10- 90% off:
Only offers which do not differ from your selling price more than 10%, 25%, 50%,75% and 90% resp. are forwarded to you. Incoming offers are not binding.
With your 1000 example and using 90%, you're happy to accept offers down to 100.
