i have a couple names
i switched to a term that should oay more at ppc
it was at 17 clicks when i changed and now it's at 23 without
producing more income is sedo profiting from my domain name. the click term
should produce 1.96 a clich and sedo is giving me .15 are they taking the 1.75and increasing there net worth while im loosing value and income. This is not
fair to me Has anyone else been faced with?

I think it depends on where the traffic is coming from (geotargeting wise). Traffic from different regions can produce different PPCs for the same keyword.

first, Google recalculates revenue based upon quality of traffic.
Also similar ads pay different. For example, if someone clicked on a generic hydroponics ad from HydroHarrys.com, he might pay $0.10. The same HydroHarry ad using the term "Hydroponic systems" may pay $2.00 per click
or
Someone may be agressively seeking traffic from 9-10 PM, they raise their budget during these times. Clicks made during this time are more than normal because of the competition. Both, before and after this time, click payouts may be lower because of lack of competition.

PPC fluctuates dramatically with Sedo. That's the pitfall.

sedo is the one who decides this

so if they make 3 bucks and they feel like the ppc was a good term

the decide im worth .13 and if they make 2.99 they can choose to give me .

03 am i on the right track? is all ppc like this "they decide"

sample

Advertiser's Max Bid: $2.99 overture foreclosure

i make .13

The overture bids can give you an idea of what ppc will be but its important to remember that our upstream provider is Google and the bid prices can be quite different. Additionally, Overture bids are gross, before the ad provider (in this case Overture) or the parking companies take their shares. Beyond this, like forsaken said other factors can influence the click price. Even if 75% of the traffic is from the US there's no guarantee that they're clicking on the top ad. They may be clicking on ads further down the page or doing searches for other information. The related links (behavioral) section of the parking page will indicate if the latter is the case.

SedoPro users can see the top searches for each domain as well as the geographic breakdown of your traffic to help with such optimization.

It makes sense to experiment with keywords. Perhaps another will work better than foreclosure.

As is, Google keeps its pay rates secret. I doubt Sedo, bound by the same rules, would disclose that. It's part of the game.

just go direct with google. Why give sedo or any parking such a big cut?
I am doing this now and revenue has skyrocketed. I had a PPC Template programed for me and am in the process of moving all my sites.

Sorry, to clarify, what exactly are you talking about here? Adsense or the actual google parking?

I ask because I've actually heard that the revenue drops for many people when they go direct with google parking, primarily due to the % of payout being tied to your revenue levels. Sedo & others aggregate more traffic and get a bigger cut and pass it along. That said, I don't know many people with the minimum $XXXX / day area to get in the program that have actually bothered to try it out.

Another dissapointing week, 50% down today. And I can't blame it on the Superbowl as I get the same number of clicks. It's the PPC that's gone way, way South.
