For those who don't know, the flowers usually called geraniums are actually pelargoniums - geraniums are the hardy flowers found in fields and woodlands. The mix-up originally occurred because the plants look similar when setting seed. As with all plants, there is a wave of popularity, and the next one for the pelargonium is on its way.
