Has anyone done this before?
This seems like a no-brainer for minisites, especially if you have a site that speaks to an extremely specific audience or product.
For example, if you own CheapGolfBalls.com , you can put an AdWords pixel in your footer, and collect an audience, of say, 1,000 people who are clearly demonstrating an interest in buying cheap golf balls.
You can then turn around and sell this audience to an advertiser who is looking to sell golf balls, by serving ads across all sites that show Google Ads, and then only charge the advertiser per click, just like with any other advertising campaign.
I've got some experience with optimizing these types of campaigns for advertisers, so if there are any domainers out there that would like to try testing this with me, please be in touch.
Also, interested to know if anyone tried this and failed, or tried this with success.
Cheers
