Once again I have had to send multiple requests to have ownership confirmed and still no response. This is getting bad...

Jim, can you mail us the domains and the requests to [email protected] and we'll get it seen to. I remind the team on a weekly basis of the importance of replying to mails in as short a time as humanly possible, so I can only imagine that these have landed in the junk at one end of the line or the other as there is no way we ignore any mail.
