serious enom issues?

There is no scheduled maintanance.

All domain redirections seem broken - no one to contact for support as they don't have 24/7 staff.

How does a company of that size get away with not having atleast 1 technician around the clock for when things go wrong?

doberry, any comment about this thread from the other forum?

they get away with it because they can it seems. Support with them is really bad i agree!

So far very good support. There are several people to contact for help if you are in a jiffy. Usually it takes them 1-3 days to respond.
