I regged this domain seeing that the number of keyword search per month is 1.8 million. I wonder why when I parked it at parked.com, there's hardly any traffic? I wonder if any expert here could give me any suggestions.

Is there any key word or a way to make traffic through parking or developing a website?

I am not sure where you got 1.8M monthly searches from. Here is the Global search volume via Google Keyword Tool -

Broad - 6,600
Phrase - 5,400
Exact - 4,400

Even at 4,400 searches per month I would think he would be getting more hits.
