Shanghai.net - Hijacked?

Wow - I almost got suckered into this one. The name was for auction on eBay. I bid and then worked out a private deal with the owner. I was thinking to myself that the price was way too good to be true.

We have agreed on a price and the escrow.com transaction is set up, although I still have to accept the terms.

This is being sold by the alleged hijacker of numerous names (as stated in the thread: http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13647

Does anybody have (or can they get) the previous owner information for Shanghai.net? I would like to concact them and see if there was an unauthorized transfer.
