Signature Edit - Where did it go?

Hi,

What happened to the functionality to edit your sig in the CP? It used to be there. Now there is an option to edit your signature image but I'm told that I don't have permission to view this page.

Does anyone else have this problem? Am I forced to upgrade membership in order to edit my sig?
