Congrats on the win, however I am concerned at that dissenting opinion, I have seen it come up a few times now.
Is there a chance of precedence that even if a domain registration pre-dates a trademark, that it could be seen as bad faith.
Why is PPC not considered a bona-fide business, considering the size of the industry.
