SMARTNAME PARKING COMPANY

Is Smartname still a viable parking option (owned by GoDaddy I believe)? I have more than 300 names there and have zero returns over about the last eight days and just $2.53 approx in December earnings. A couple of years ago this site was generating $50-$100/month
in addition to running sales banners on the names, which resulted in an average of 1/2 sales per year at around US$1000, less relevant commissions.

Wit low or no payouts over the last few months, how can this company remain viable. They say they just link the names to Google adwords and take a cut (which remains confidential so there's no possible of an audit

have to admit I haven't heard of Smartname. .. Godaddy really needs to invest more into their companies

.. checked the website.. the latest "Smartname in news" is from the far May 2006.

Are you sure they are still operational?

maybe try bodis or sedo and see if any differences.

Never had much luck on Sedo, although I have 300+ names listed there. Will have a look at Bodis, though - tanks!

Check out domainui.com - that is a better bet than traditional parking which doesnt work anymore
