I have my own server, but my internet provider blocks port 25, does anyone now of a cheap smtp hosting

If you have your own server, you can configure your mail client there to listen to port different than 25. It takes ~2 minutes with most MTAs.

Then you'll not need any smtp hosts and extra expenses.
