Snap names

Could some one explain to me snap names service, more of how you can move snaps. I think I have a handle on it, but didn't see details on their site.

MOVING A SNAPBACK subscription:
1. View your domain listings
2. Select on the "checkbox" in the "Exchange" column for the name you no longer wish to snap
3. Click "Submit"
4. You are issued a credit
5. Search for a new name
6. Proceed through agreement
7. Name will not be "charged" but simply use the credit now available
8. All set.
