got a domain i backordered. paid for and in my snapnames account. cant access it via domain userpanel. whois data does not have my details.
phoned them twice from the uk, "yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir." - we will email you bla bla. i emailed them 4 times as they did not email me. nothing, zip. customer service is about a frigging SERVICE. calling me "Sir" and hoping the problem goes away is not customer service as i just want the "service" part of their claim.
think they are in over their head. Their turnover has doubled overnight and they cant cope.
