Hey guys

Been out of active domaining for quite some time (other than putting up a few domains for sale).

The world markets have taken quite a tumbling during this time...Merill Lynch and Lehmann Brothers collapse probably the first (or the last?) of the big falls.

So how has the market been treating you lately? The big guys falling have you worried, or has the domain market remained indifferent?

And are LLL/LLLL.coms still the toast of the domaining world?

just looked up that "barometer" of domain prices, 3character.com.
Apparently, LLL.coms have been losing ground for quite a while.
I'd hate to think how LLLL.coms, or (gasp!) NNNNN.coms are doing.

I'm glad I diversified away from domaining...

A little market correction here but nothing serious compared to the brick & mortar world lol.
There are still plenty of opportunities in domaining :)

3 letter and 4 letter are more of a domain investors type of name and I think these will fluctuate much more than other saleable names.

Things are steady for me.

I've experienced a fall in the prices of CCC.com when compared to past two months. Top it with the non-paying bidders at Sedo. :upset:

Diversified investments are a good way of staying afloat always

IVe noticed that with the ccc.coms the offers slowly ticking upward, however namebio says we are still rocking in certain categories like LNNs

would love to be liquid enough to pick up an lll.com or another nnn.com :p

It's the same as month or two ago so far... and won't be any better until worlds market improve. Some end-user sales are still quite high...

Thats what I've found too. I've been buying more strong brandables, focusing less on the reseller market. End user sales have been coming along more nicely now than reseller ones..
