How would you rank the value of .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, and .us if 1 is the most valuable and 6 is the least?

I think .org has moved to number two, taking the place of .net, which is somewhere further down the line.

The rest don't interest me.

.info has had some very large sales recently, same with .us

.biz is slowly moving up as well...

in a year these 3 with have pushed .net and .org to the back of the pack

I would not trust a site that is .info or .biz, they sound way to cheap and young IMO. Would you use your visa card on a .info or .biz website? i know i would not

but i would trust a .com, .net or .org and most real country related TLD like .co.uk or .de

Of course the TLD only would not be enough to gain my trust

.COM - for many folks, .COM is all there is on these internets LOL!

.ORG - various organizations prefer to use .org (smart ones will register the .com version and redirect it)

.NET - is more valuable than .org in some contexts, but not so in numerous others

.INFO - intuitive, but of limited use; ideal for sites providing primarily information as opposed to full-fledge commerce sites, etc

.US - generally not worth much of anything unless combined with the .com version in my view

.BIZ - does any legitimate company really use .biz - or just fly-by-night and spammers?
