Some advice about content and trafficz...

Hi
I'm pretty new to all this so i'm looking for some advice...
I have a few domain names, and decided instead of having them just sit i would try to put them on TrafficZ.com. I did, but i don't know what to do next.
I didnt get a chance to do anything but literally put them on there a month and a half ago. since then each got about 10 hits and no revenue, but that was expected.
so i'm asking anyone who is familiar with TrafficZ or similar sites to please give me some advice...
from step 1, what do i do?

Optimize keywords, templates, etc...

I wish i knew how to...
for example i put Mrs.Me on there...
i have no clue how i can even begin to think what keywords would go for that...
also what kind of content do i write? i'm very lost here...

Mrs.me would make me think of cosmetics, womens clothing, pampering stuff....but that name isn't going to get traffic because no one in the real world knows about .me yet. It would make a nice brand name though. Maybe look at different ways to monetize it that you could drive traffic to, like a mini-site.
