This is a thread for posting actions taken by ISPs/web-hosts/email providers on spammers based on reports you have made. I know its slow and hundreds of reports seem to generate no action, here's hoping you have much success in the fight against spam.

Yahoo, has replied to me several times, the problem is the person sending the spam just makes a new yahoo id and sends the same spam again. Somehow I got on the list of a spammer doing this with yahoo, and I get 4 emails a day from them. When it first started I would send the emails to yahoo's complaint department and they would send out their form that it had been taken care of, the next day they just use a different id and send the same spam messages. I eventually gave up on yahoo stopping them.

We have received your complaint from the attached message. Your email
address ##### has been removed from all lists managed by
imustplay.com as of 2001-12-10 04:30:45.077.

We only maintain email address for our list. As I stated before you
have been removed from our email list and we have not sold, traded,
given, loaned or shared your information with other company after your
unsubscribe date in December of last year. When someone unsubscribes
from our email list the email address is moved in a separate database,
an unsubscribe table which is used to prevent us from adding previously
unsubscribed email addresses to our list when new lists are received.

If you continue to receive email offers from companies claiming to have
received your name from imustplay.com/imustlotto.com please forward them
to me at [email protected] and I will investigate who is still
distributing your name. I apologize for any inconveniences.

I don't believe they do anything about it, so I just block the whole of Yahoo, Hotmail, Meloo and a few others. I also delete all mail with html in it unless I really want stuff from the sender. Cuts out loads of spam and I don't seem to have missed anything important yet.
