Recently purchased this domain. I know the general consensus on .cc names is not really positive but I feel that this domain could be very well used for development purposes which I hope to do in the very near future.

Lucas is very protective of StarWars so as good as the name might seem I don't see how you would be able to get anyone to shell out much money at all considering he could take the name just about anytime he wanted.

Well that is the point. I do not wish to get anyone to shell out anything. I am really looking to develop the domain as a SW resource/community.

I think it's a good way if you develop the domain for .cc is not recognize by many people.
StarWars is very popular and hot,there also many fans in China.
