Static Html (flat) To Wp - Paid Help

Hi Guys,
I am looking for somebody who can convert my static HTML site (about 2000 pages) to Wordpress (simplest theme possible).
- Need to keep the current page extensions XXX.html
- Need to keep same index.html
- Need to keep exactly same look as the current site.
- No SEO required just straight conversion.
- Need to convert offline or at lease in a different folder with no indexing
- Needs to be tested by me and then approved for go live and then clearing away of old files (don't want any redundancy)

For those that have asked - icedude did my project. Excellent transition and site traffic increased quite a bit simply by adding SEO for auto title tags.
