Hi there,

Well I recently lost a ton of personal information which as resulted in the infiltration of my registrar's account and theft of domain name. (SENGO.com)

The name was originally registered with Catalog.com (after a dropcatch), and I hadn't moved it out. The assailant got my password, and pushed the domain to another, i assume new, Catalog.com account.

I contacted the hosting company where the assailant is now hosting the domain, and they say they can't suspend his hosting, but recommend I try UDRP.

Can anyone clarify what I need to do to get the domain back, how I go about it, and what it might cost?

Thanks,

Interesting website catalog.com put up. It shows their people, but not their
contact details directly.

Had to go thru the site thoroughly to finally find out how to contact them:

http://www.webhero.com/support/contact_us/how_to_contact_catalog.com/

Just looked up its WHOIS history and it indeed was with catalog. Call them
right away and persist.

Unfortunately the burden's on you to prove such a thing happened. But be
to retain an attorney who specializes on this if need be.

Good luck!
