Who was the registrar if I may and did you send them a e-mail or the person who stole the name from you?

Something doesn't add up.

Think he means that one person stole one domain and somebody else stole another.
And one of them was unlocked, and the other wasn't.

What I don't understand is if one was locked & the account wasn't hacked, how did it get stolen?

I didn't understand too, this is what the registrar told me when I asked them:

"The transfer-out notification normally will be sent to the admin contact of
domain automatically as soon as the transfer-out reguest is received here.
We will contact the current registrar Capitoldomains, LLC for the FOA of
domain dianey.com, and do further check if it is possible that the admin
contact of the domain was modified by the hacker prior to the transfer. We
will keep you informed upon receipt of their reply"
