hello guys,
is this true that if a status of a domain is active they can steal it and if yes how can you get it back?

To be honest, *ANY* domain can be stolen, just as anything in your home, even when you have the most advanced alarm system or even armed guards on duty 24/7. It depends on who "they" are and "how" they do it; as for getting it back, it's another story though. ;)

Sensible precaution is to "lock" your domains - a first line of defence.

Like I said, the risk of theft is ALWAYS there; and by locking your domains (which is not a particularly difficult task), you reduce that risk.
