By looking at some of the recent "appraisals" in this forum i thought maybe it would be good to establish some kind of rule like if someone indeed is appraising a name they should at least in some way give a reason *WHY* they appraise a name high or low or the way they do.
I just don't see no sense at all in those appraisals that go like "$0." or "$10k minimum." or "$0 to reg fee" without any further explanation whatsoever.Seems to be the latest fashion here since a while. It's of no help at all,not for the domain owner, not for newbies that read those appraisals, not for anybody.Maybe these kind of appraisals are done because someone wants to appear as "cool" or as the "expert" without having anything to say for real actually?
I'd say if someone can't give a *reason* for their appraisal they should just refrain from appraising.Like in if you don't have anything to say for real, better say nothing.
All these meaningless appraisals make the board kind of "Afternic-ish" more and more.
