Suggestions for a brokering site

Julian and I are working on ideas for a new site to broker names, and some tools, as well as something I think would be awesome for both parkers and adsense people alike.

I want to have some portfolio owners as beta testers, and I also would like to know what tools/ideas you all have for the site.

We will NOT be yet another parking company, there are plenty around to try, but we will make it so you can make it work WITH your parking company, so that it will be easier to change parking companies, rather then changing DNS. Also we will do adsense sites the same way.
