you know there is a fair use provision

if you make a non-commercial fan site it's a fair use

if it gets traffic then sell the exits as pops

they could bitch about it

but if the site is a fan site or something that is fair use

sure super woman is a tm character

it's also a public usage phrase now

how many times have you heard a regular woman called a super woman?

she works 9 - 5
she cooks
she cleans
she takes care of the kids

what a SUPER WOMAN

create a short story about some girlie who does it all

say she's a model of the moder day woman

a SUPER WOMAN

there's ways of using it without infringing on TM's

I've seen plenty of case files at that euro thing that decides issues for iccan tm issues

you put up a fight and explain how your use is not commercial and does not infringe the high priced lawyers on the other end will lose

it does happen if you know what they don't want

you offer it for sale

death at the tm venue

you use it as above

you'll own it as long as you want it

TM? There's a Super Woman? I thought it was just Super Man and Super Girl.
