I was wondering about one thing,
My account was suspended because I failed a payment on one domain (was going to add funds with paypal, but 2 days later it was suspended) and I mailed the customer support several times over the last 2 weeks but got no answer...
My answer is: does SnapNames have any other mail than [email protected]?? seems to be alot of trouble contacting them through that one...

EDIT: Problem solved, found another email and was contacted within 15 minutes
