dot mobi sites add value to SMS/Text Messaging programs
qtags text has begun offering dot-mobi pages for advertisers
using the keyword text-to program. The dot-mobi sites (pages that are specifically configured to be browsable on mobile phones) allow an advertiser to create extremely targeted groups (micro-target), capture follow-up information about a customer like name and/or email address, direct the customer to more information online and deliver specifically relevant promotional rewards.
qtags' clients using dot-mobi's to support their text-messaging campaigns include Jack Nadel International, Accenture and ZAGAT.
qtags emphasizes that advertisers should integrate any text-messaging effort into the overall marketing communication program and recommends four main approaches;
1.) use qtags keywords to make advertisements stickier or easier to remember:
