It's a generic name I think. If there are a lot of TM entries, then no one holder could claim absolute ownership. If you were to do a site like Tandy Electronics, then obviously it would be infringing. But as it stands, I don't think there would be any trouble.
Tandy is also a common surname.
I also got She.org.uk the other day.
I know it's an .org.uk but .me.uk was taken and it's a very short dictionary and popular word (89 million results on google).
What do you think?
I agree Matt, normally .org.uk domains are to be avoided unless you can nab one with a super one word generic and she obviously more than fits that criteria. Well worth the registration fee. .org.uk (or even .org domains for that matter) can be useful for branding an ostensibly non profit making infosite or portal so that one does not project a blatant money making image.
Take the example of that clever young lady who set up the expectant mother site under the guise of a "public service information site" and now rakes in thousands a week from Mothercare and other affiliate ads, sometimes amateuresque can pay!
