It depends if you swallow or just having a tasting.org-asm

I like the name, but it is real hard to support much more than minimal pricing for this one. However, you could try to market it to a wine tasting group (you know those intellectuals - they will think .org is smart) or a restaurant critic. Either might be willing to use that name. I estimate pricing at between $250 and $500 dollars. Sorry if that seems low, but the .org is not the easy sell a .com would be.
