This one stings a bit. Domain is OVT 134 w/extention and was banned by google during the 2 weeks beetween the end of the auction and "delivery date" .

Name wasn't even a typo or TM issue.

Anyone have this happen to them?

Google does ban parked domains.

See earth.com for example.

Correction: I should have said "blocked" by google's PPC feed - not a simple ban from the general SE listings.

Hmm.. maybe you should tell what the name is.

Someone will probably spot the reason.

The reason is the easy part.

GD's lander was showing mainstream ads on an adult domain and one of the advertisers and/or google really didn't like it.

Contact them and tell them the reason. Maybe they will unban you.

Any tips on who to speak with at Google? Everything I've read indicates they don't unblock a domain once blocked.

Good luck with getting the domain unblocked.

I bet the succress rate is close to nothing like with AdSense reinstatement appeals.

I think you only chance is if you know the right person to contact in Googleplex.

Sorry to hear.

Namejet, PM me the domain name, Google does in fact unblock, but you need to make it comply with their online policies, and then ask them for reinstatement, I had an Adult domain blocked as well, and they unblocked it no problem.

they unblocked one for me. I had a website for Limewire that was blocked. When I pointed out that the website was ABOUT Limewitre...and I wasn't actually giving away MP3 files...they unbanned me :)
