This month's edition of Business 2.0 is a bit thicker with advertising. Moreso than I have seen for at least two years.
Granted it was probably more "Christmas" advertising related, however there were more "check out our new technology" advertising than I've seen in recent times.
Forget about PC's for now. Handheld PCs/PDAs/Mobile Internet/Telephone enabled phones will spur the next tech rally. I'm thinking in the next few years that is what is going to be concentrated on. Lot of "moolah" going to be spent in this niche industry. After that we'll switch back to PC's, as by then we'll need to upgrade. Ah, the cycles of the tech industry.
