My first impression was that it was horrible and that you should take what you can get. But I can see you have end users on several extensions both ccTLD and gTLD, none of them huge though.

I would probably start high 4 figures if they are asking for price and accept mid 4 figures. Be aware that you have now indexed the name with these appraisal threads and the potential buyer can see what advice you have been given.
