I bought the domain name TechNewz.com, and I'd like to try to sell it, but I'm curious what people think it's worth.
Thanks!

I don't see much value here, but I'm not a fan of the "z" instead of "s" endings. Maybe low to mid XX

It's very brandable. If you want to any real value you'll need to develop it.

Value is not THAT low. This would be a great name depending on usage. There are a few tech news aggregates and etc with obscure names that could benefit plentifully from this name. Have you seen any of the Silicone Valley Startup Names as of late?

the z only works with shorter one word generics more often than 2 word domains, these sort of domains are not what they once were, I personally would not even register it if I found it available. It is a name that needs work, and serious daily content, there are many people that offer up to $100 on names like this for a project or what not.

I originally was thinking of developing it, but it's not easy, unless I would put in a lot of time daily.
Is there any other way to get good content automatically?
Thanks!

A nice brandable name but you have to develop it to get any real value.

I have found that having good names never gets what a developed market can attain. I think inforg's valuation is right on and agree that the z is a drawback SPECIALLY if not developed. You have to get the SEO to return for news, not newz (nobody is going to look for tech newz) then you have to develop the market to type in the z. At that point anyone who may want this name might find that pzukatek is just as easy to develop for the same market as technewz.
