I used to get atleast $200 monthly with TemplateMonster (that was when they were using paypal) as compared to less then a $100 now.

Not sure about BoxedArt. Heard the earnings is OK.

DotComBuilder just launched a template site a few weeks ago iPixie.com might want to give them a try as their turn-key web sites sell really well.

Im opening one myself, but that wont be for a few weeks.

Try TemplateHeaven.com, I kinda like them better than TM. There is also DesignGalaxy.net, very nice logo's, and DesignLoad.net, TrendyFlash.com, 321Templates.com.....there are a lot, lol.

I have been with DotComBuilder.com for about 3 weeks.
I have a couple good template names pointed towards them.
And, their program is based on commission.
As of today, I have made $ 0 from them.

Plus, their site was down for a few days.

just one more quick question.

From all the above mentioned, do they all pay by paypal except TM?
is that correct?

TM pays by moneybookers.com they used to pay by paypal too but they had some problems with them. Moneybookers works fine with me (europe) some affiliates in US have had difficulties with them but TM offers other payment option dont remember which for US/canadian affiliates that seems to be fast and cheap... dont remember now what it was.... sorry
