Guys -
I am building a site and I would like for FIRST TIME USERS that visit the site to AGREE to the "TERMS OF SERVICE" before being allowed to surf around the website. There will be lots of unregistered users on the site so I dont want to simply provide a TOS agreement for them to click and agree to because that wouldn't cover everybody - that could potentially sue. That said, I would like for all users that come on the site to agree to the terms and disclosures of the website, regardless of whether they register to be a user.
Is there a way I can have a TOS agreement served as a pop-up box or something when people come to the site?
Can I have this "pop up" served to "first time visitors" and not "returning visitors"? I don't want "returning visitors" to have to deal with the "pop up" if they have already been on the site, even if they are unregistered
Any thoughts? Is this complicated programming?
Thanks
LB
