The cheapest, most effective way to put up your own site and host it.

What is the bare back cheapest?

I also have seen a few websites that you go to and there is a solid background color and one big link, CLICK HERE or something.

Do these sites make any money? if so, how?

Cheap hosting plan by 1x1 4.99 month with site builder, also considering sitepro.

Just want to start to build some traffic to sites.
