The more you think about it, it is really quite remarkable. Adam paid a large sum of money to buy DNF and undoubtedly the repeating revenues from memberships was a major factor in determining what he was willing to pay. He has just given up a major stream of income that woujld have helped him recoup his investment. An extraordinarily generous Christmas gift to members I would say!
