How do you control this urge to acquire more and more domains even as your portfolio gets bigger and bigger? :dead:

If you're into domains you just keep going - isn't that the same for any business? Just keep building and slogging away.

I found it a much better addiction than alcohol. It use to be a $5 beer in a bar ended in -$50 or more to the bank account for the day. Where a $7 domain would +$50 or more to the bank account for the day. Guess you can call that basic alconomics.

Simple. Run out of money and can't afford any new one's. :)

What are some good acquisitions you've obtained recently?

If this is your business you have to keep going to make good earnings monthly.

Its just like a monthly salary.

Another reason to focus on .coms - all the good ones are taken. :cheeky:

Good question Clemz.

Mole, any chance of seeing some of your domains? It's time to unearth the mole hill :-D

I control the urge by spending all my money until I can't buy anymore. Hey....don't knock it till you try it.

I just don't log-on!

but you see the pc just sitting there

as the screen is all lit-up.......just waiting for you!

you try to walk pass it

while saying to yourself ...."maybe I'll read the newspaper", and won't register or backorder, or do research....etc.

so you get the newspaper, and I first glance thru the business section.

but while glancing....I see a "keyword" ......lol :)

what do I do then?

go see if it's registered!

then it's on with the thoughts of ........ do I or don't I, should the name be available.

wait....let me check google for results

hmmm, I better check ovt.

it's very hard not to reg a name, if you have the resources.

especially, if your roi from past investments, serves as capital for these expenses.

it's in total conflict with the ideology of "Domainism" :)

Classic symptoms of domainitis - there's no known cure - it just slowly eats away at your wallet :cheeky:
