Too many negatives to have any resale value. "The" prefix, three words and overly long being the main culprits. You would need to develop a site on it to give it value.

I would definitely pitch it to him. If someone already has an established business in place with the exact name it should be of value to them. Of course if that one customer declines, then you have a problem (unless one of his competitors wants to take it to prevent him from using his own name on line).

I'd rather have a long name with obvious meaning than a meaningless shorter name. The "the" drags it down some, and the "company" some more, but otherwise it's pretty straightforward. Plus it's a .com, which means it's more valuable than any .biz or .us or .whatever some people here like so much.

If someone wants to sell autographs this name is a whole hell of a lot better than most other names to use. Don't let some knob here try to convince you that Namethings.info or etc. is a better domain for it.

I'd say $100-$350, more if you found a good buyer.

what's the obsession with type ins?

whats a site worth that gets millions of uniques an year

it has over 100K on it's email list

it makes 30K a month profit from memberships

it's not porn

there are NO TYPE INS on it

the web revolves around links/searches/wordofmouth etc

show me one domain at alexa in the top 1000 that got there from type ins

none, unless they had a huge major media buy

few visit sites from type ins

how many sites do you see a day?

let's say maybe 300

how many were typed in?

3?

you are all putting too much emphasis on type ins

that's just one small value to a domain

Hmm, doesn't understand the value of type ins and is unnaturally attracted to meaningless Alexa stats... Plus is long winded and confrontational about even the most basic concepts. Yup, this is that spamming troll AIS CEO under a different name.
