Hope you're good.

I read your blog and use your websites, listen to your advice and try the sites you endorse usually. I have a question, is TheContentAuthority a sort of middle man for writers? In other words, they hire freelance writers based on prior experience and monitor the progress? I did not have the best of experiences with them on an article written that was completely duplicated, wanted to get your insight as it might be a one off but the first time using them.
